Job Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. Recruitment and Staffing:

JOB SUMMARY:
The responsibility of this job is to ensure that all communication reaches all the customer’s queries and concern via Walmart and Amazon platform.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service Support all channels via email, chat, inbound and outbound calls and others as assigned in Amazon and Walmart E-commerce platform.
Responsible for dealing with after-sales service including return and complaints, product and services; if unable to provide assistance, escalates customers and Team Leader/Operations Supervisor in a courteous manner, meanwhile, maintain the good performance of our stores.
