关于出租房子的问题

想请问律师，公司之前宿舍都是使用雇员个人的名义签租赁合约，那现在如果想要将合约转以公司名义作为承租方，应该怎么处理呢？

Hi, this should not be too hard if the Lessor agrees to sign a new lease agreement . If not, you may just assign the lease to the Company where you are working, and inform the Lessor that actually, you have been signing on behalf of your employer. You can explain that you were not transacting personally but on behalf of a company.
