现在菲律宾和中国好像还没有引渡回国审判的，好像在菲律宾犯法直接在菲律宾审判和坐牢了。不过谋杀的罪名可不小....这边没有死刑的，但是一般都是无期了。

Criminal offences are prosecuted where the criminal act happened. So in this case, it is the Philippine courts that has jurisdiction over the matter. Moreover, witnesses and object evidence are all in the Philippines. Therefore, the case would best be tried in the Philippines and not in China.
