想询问取得srrv后归化入籍的问题

大家好
在网上找到很多资料都有提到，果持有SRRV身份，在菲律宾居住3年以上，且连续纳税3年以上，就可以申请归化入籍，想问问大家这个消息是正确的吗 ？
这连续纳税3年的定义是什么呢？要如和才能达到这连续缴税的条件？
再麻烦各位大神帮小弟解惑？

法律规定最少10年 除非有其他重大贡献或者是和菲律宾人结婚 从事菲律宾教育 等等 可以缩短5年，还有就是总统特赦，例如很多美国篮球运动员 当即就可以入籍，代表菲律宾国家队打球

Correct, must be validly staying in the country for at least 10 years. Applicant must also provide valid proof of income and payment of taxes, 2 witnesses that can vouch for the applicant's good moral character, law abiding and must not be a carrier of deadly disease. The process is through judicial/ court naturalization.
