請問拿菲律賓的工作簽證在甲公司 可是確在乙公司上班可以嗎

Hi, the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940 does not allow a holder of working visa to transfer from one company to another, except when the Bureau of Immigration is notified, and the respective visa has been corrected to reflect the new company.



你好，1940年的“菲律宾移民法”不允许持有工作签证者从一家公司转移到另一家公司，除非通知移民局后，相应的签证已更新至新公司。
