洪律师请教一下降工签事情

我的朋友马上要离开公司了，合同期限已经满了，现在需要9g或者是g9忘了，就是想问下公司有义务负责降签吗，假如没有义务他们开个降签的信封这个有义务吗，万分感谢，
另外这边咨询了一下办理工钱的人，说降签完毕有效期一个月，续签不一定成功，可能需要回国在回来是吗

公司必须开降签信，才可以降签

没有将签信我们也可以完成现在。

The company normally has the legal and moral obligation to inform the immigration that you are downgrading your stay to 9a so you could leave. However, if they don't want to do that, then just inform the immigration that you are volunteering to downgrade your status to tourist visa. Actually, you could have just left the country before the expiration of your working visa!



公司通常具有法律和道德上的义务，通知移民局你将要降签到9a签证，以便你可以离开。但是，如果他们不愿意那样做，那么你只需要通知移民局你自愿将你的身份降级到旅游签证。其实你只需要在工作签证过期前离开这个国家就行了。
