黑名单

请教各位大神 学生签没有正常延期  自动被移民局遣送了 移民局官员有告知说一年就可以回来 还有文件 那是不是说就不用清理黑名单就可以回来了 ！ 求助懂的大神 谢谢

这个不确定哦，最好询问旅行社比较保险，不然到时候被拒入境就麻烦了。

Hi, you have to read the Order.

If it says, Order to Leave then you can secure visa from any Philippine Consulate in China. Then you may also come back anytime. But if its a Deportation Order, then there is black listing. You need to lift the black list first before coming back to the Philippines.
