【菲龙网专讯】12月20日午夜12点50分左右，菲律宾警方在巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)Macapagal大道某酒店前逮捕非法持有枪支的中国公民郑某。

当时一名热心民众向大岷发展署的交警举报皮卡车上的外国男子持有枪支。交警随后与当地警方联系，一同拦截了涉事皮卡车。

当警察接近驾驶位置时，男子突然将手枪扔到后座区域，这促使警方立即命令男子下车并接受搜查。当局从嫌犯身上查获两把0.45口径手枪、13发子弹、劳力士手表、两条手链、两部安卓手机以及总计2.2万披索的现金，并扣押其深灰色福特猛禽。

嫌犯将面临违反第10591号共和国法案《综合枪械及弹药条例法》等指控。

南警区负责人对于大岷署官员和市警察局的迅速行动表示赞赏，称他们在圣诞节期间为保护当地居民免受不法分子的侵害而做出的积极努力确实值得赞扬。

（a）The penalty of prision mayor in its medium period shall be imposed upon any person who shall unlawfully acquire or possess a small arm;
任何非法获得或拥有小武器的人均应被判处中期监狱长处罚；
(e) The penalty of one (1) degree higher than that provided in paragraphs (a) in this section shall be imposed upon any person who shall unlawfully possess any firearm under any or combination of the following conditions:
符合以下的罪加一等
(1) Loaded with ammunition or inserted with a loaded magazine;
子弹上膛或插入装弹的弹匣
(2) Fitted or mounted with laser or any gadget used to guide the shooter to hit the target such as thermal weapon sight (TWS) and the like;
安装瞄准器或其他辅助瞄准装置
(3) Fitted or mounted with sniper scopes, firearm muffler or firearm silencer;
安装消音器的
(4) Accompanied with an extra barrel; and
携带备用枪管
(5) Converted to be capable of firing full automatic bursts.

Prision mayor and temporary disqualification.—The duration of the penalties of prision mayor and temporary disqualification shall be from six years and one day to twelve years, except when the penalty of disqualification is imposed as an accessory penalty, in which case its duration shall be that of the principal penalty.

按照菲律宾的惯例，法院会出个建议保释金，交完钱就能回家，基本也不会再追究。钱要吃亏了
