又一艘执行中美航线的集装箱轮750个集装箱坠海，最近咋回事？

　　（观察者网 讯）自去年11月底，一艘从中国盐田驶往美国长滩的日本集装箱船约1800个集装箱坠海后，又有一艘执行中美航线的货船遇到了类似的意外。
　　不到两个月的时间内，已出现多起事故，坠海的集装箱数量也较往年有不小提升，引发外界关注。有专家认为，北太平洋冬季本来就容易出现极端天气，如果让船只降低航速，是能够克服这一问题的。但目前国际集装箱航运市场空前火爆，运价暴涨，一位难求。航运公司只能要求集装箱轮尽量满载，同时保持高航速，以提高周转率、增加运力。
　　当地时间1月21日，总部位于丹麦哥本哈根的跨国航运巨头A.P.穆勒-马士基集团（A.P. Moller - Maersk，简称马士基集团）发表声明称，本月16日，从中国厦门前往美国洛杉矶的马士基·埃森号（Maersk Essen）货轮，于途中损失约750个集装箱。

　　目前，所有船员都安全，船在继续航行的同时，正对货物损失进行详细评估。1月29日，马士基·埃森号预计将在墨西哥的拉萨罗卡德纳斯港（Lazaro Cardenas）进行货物检验、港口作业和维修。
　　马士基公司称，这艘船挂丹麦旗。意外发生后，公司方面已经通知了美国海岸警卫队、船旗国及相关国家政府部门。“我们认为这是一个非常严重的情况，我们将迅速而彻底地进行调查。”
　　《华尔街日报》注意到，最近几个月，发生了好几次大量集装箱落水的事故。例如，去年11月30日晚间，集装箱船“ONE APUS”轮从中国深圳的盐田港驶往美国加州的长滩途中，在位于夏威夷西北约1600海里处，突然遇到一个强风暴团，产生强烈的风力和巨大的浪涌，导致集装箱堆垛倒塌，集装箱落水。

　　随后，日本海事新闻称，推定共有1816个货柜落海。其中64柜装有危险品，分别为烟花54柜、电池8柜、液体乙醇2柜。
　　去年12月31日，台湾长荣海运有限公司（Evergreen Marine Corp. Ltd.）管理的一艘集装箱船在穿越太平洋途中，于日本海岸海域丢失了约40个集装箱。本月早些时候，以色列以星综合航运服务有限公司（ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd.）运营的一艘从韩国开往北美的货船上，有76个集装箱脱落。
　　《华尔街日报》称，恶劣天气下集装箱丢失的情况相对少见，但今年冬天的事故却在上升，尤其是在太平洋地区。根据世界航运理事会（World Shipping Council）去年7月的一份报告显示，2008年至2019年，平均每年有1382个集装箱在海上失踪。但过去两个月里，大约有3000个集装箱在海上失踪。
　　这背后，太平洋地区恶劣的天气、高昂运价导致的航次增加，以及越来越大的货船，都是主要原因。
　　彭博社称，今年随着国际航运的运费飙升至创纪录的高点，以及各大企业需要重新储备库存，集装箱船满载着货物从中国驶往美国。
　　里德海运海洋海事管理咨询公司创始人克莱夫·里德（Clive Reed）告诉彭博社，北太平洋的冬天本来就有极端天气，以及汹涌的海浪。与此同时，大型集装箱货船正以最快速度航行。如果货船减速，就能克服由船身颠簸和恶劣天气带来的问题。
　　但里德表示：“目前的运价很高，商业上的压力让船只只能准时到达，以便增加航次。时间排得很紧，船东只有很小的空间来调遣。”
　　还有专业人士告诉《华尔街日报》，这些意外的原因可能与船上的集装箱捆绑系统故障有关。随着船舶越来越大，集装箱堆得像高层建筑，船舶的稳定性可能会受到更大的颠簸和摇摆压力。
　　希腊造船工程师帕格拉特斯（Fotis Pagoulatos）称，这种现象叫做“参数横摇”（parametric rolling），往往发生在波浪没有正面，而是以一个角度撞击船头的时候。随着随着波浪的起伏，船开始摇摆，再加上船在前进时正常的颠簸，可能会让集装箱移位。
