然后用保鲜膜盖着,差不多1个小时左右发酵,成两倍大小后,再排气揉成成条,切相等大小就好了,再包肉馅进去

最后冷水上锅,等20分钟,第二次发酵,再开火蒸20分钟就可以了,不要立马打开,防止包子冷缩。关火等几分钟再打开
