You need to go to the NSO. Request for a Certificate of No Marriage ( CENOMAR ) for your wife. After securing that, proceed to the DFA or Department of Foreign Affairs to authenticate the same. After authenticating the CENOMAR, proceed to the Chinese Embassy to secure authentication and Chinese translation. You may now bring the documents to China and present it to the proper authorities to prove that your wife has the capacity to marry you, being single in her country of origin. |
