在菲律宾租房子被骗！求助

本人于今年八月十号和中介签订合同租住趴赛，sea TOWER A 1017房间，租房子之前谈的换新的冰箱，床，洗衣机等口头协议，不但拖了一个多月，而且一个月之后出现一个房东说房子并没有租给我们，锁都换了，求助，如何把这个钱要回来！有中介的联系方式，但是不接电话，在FB上诉说经历之后，中介的FB也关闭了，有名字，住址，和中介的照片！！已经报警，但是每一次去警察局都要给小费1000P，心累了，想要寻求专业的团队帮忙打官司

话说签合同的时候都不带房产证明这些核实物主信息吗

入住时不是需要到管理处登记吗？登记时，是需要房东或代理签字才能入住的。

Next time, make sure you are transacting with the owner of the property or his true representative. You may require the agent to give you photocopy of the title to make sure that the owner of the property is also the party signing with your or giving the SPA to the person you are signing with.

Anyway, file a legal action against the owner of the property. Since the owner of the property was also negligent in turning over the keys of the unit to a 3rd party agent. The act of an agent binds the principal.
