想请问一下大家，夫妻按揭买房，一方人在菲律宾没办法到场签字，说是可以公正委托书，请问如何操作，麻烦说说

Hi, execute an SPA or Special Power of Attorney. Have it consularized with the Philippine consulate in China. Then send the document to Manila with the Red Ribbon..
