请教律师关于房租押金的问题
房子到期之后，中介说两个月就能退押金，但是现在已经过去四个月了，这个中介说他已经不负责那个房子了，给了我另外一个中介的联系方式说现在那个房子是这个人负责的！想问一下能否通过法律途径为自己维权！ File a case in court, but request for mediation. That would be easier. Or, file a case with the small claims court if the amount is less than P100,000 pesos. The process is simple and fast.
