请各位大神帮忙 我有辦花旗银行信用卡一直以来都是沒有收到的帐单 现在被通知欠费二万多披兽 请问各位大神要如何以法律咨询去应对 谢谢

Hi, better yet you go to the credit card company and explain that you never actually used your credit card. That way, they may agree to reverse your annual fees. But I tend to believe that you applied for a card, although you did not receive the card by mail.
