在菲买二手车需要注意什么吗

比如什么证件 违规之类的
还有明白人能高诉我那些词怎么说吗

OR CR要有，没有什么违规的，违规都是跟驾照的。英文不好，还是别买车，碰到交警一次坑死你，菲律宾人200起，中国人1000起，不懂英语3000起

谢谢 我老婆是菲律宾人 而且主要是现在开了个食堂补货开摩托不容易。。。想着买只来用用

Hi, most important thing is to verify the car registration ( OR CR ) with the land transportation office or LTO. If there is no alert, then everything is fine. But of course, make sure you are transacting with the person who is named in the OR CR. Do not accept or rely on SPAs or Special Powers of Attorney.

嗨，最重要的是到陆运署（LTO）验证汽车注册信息和文件（OR和CR），如果没有可疑之处，那就ok咯。当然，你要确保与自己进行交易的那个人就是OR和CR上显示的车辆登记人。不要接受委托书或信赖委托人。
