请问怎样查询自己分期付款购房的房子是真实有效，先已入住，因为是委托中介购房，但是我想自己确认自己购房确认是已经在开发商备案购房了，请大神帮忙，现金重谢，makati

再去malaria city hall 查資料是否送到了
過戶流程至少要6個月

我购买的是一手房，现在还在供房阶段，目前手上只有交款的收据，和交物业费的收据

You mentioned you were given official receipts by the agents? Bring the receipts to the admin/ developer's office and verify if that is their official receipt. And ask the developer for a computer print out of your outstanding balance.

你有提到中介给了你的收据？将收据带到管理员（Admin）或开发商的办公室，以确认那是否他们的正式收据。并要求开发商印出一张你未付的余额。
