你好 律师 询问一下租房房东不退deposit怎么办 已经合约到期退房了 合约上写退房后一个月再返还 现在 已经两个月了 房东也没用给 admin也不管 现在应该怎么办

Hi, if you can speak and write english, you may go to the courts and file a small claims against your land lord. Small claims are cases involving less than 100,000 pesos. And you do not need a lawyer for that.

嗨，如果你会说并且写英文，你可以直接去法院，向你的房东提出小额索赔。小额索赔就是涉及额度不超过十万比索的索赔。如果按这样操作你并不需要找律师。
